1.0 Website operator and effective date

1.1 Sun Tech Precision is a partnership firm with GSTIN 29ADKFS1829A1Z3, located at #685, 5 & 6, Tigalarapalya Main Road, Near New Indian National High School, Peenya 2nd Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 560058, India. Our website is https://suntechprecision.com. These Terms of Use take effect on 09 October 2026 and govern use of the website, its content, contact-enquiry facilities and links to our communication channels. References to STP, we or us mean Sun Tech Precision.

1.2 The website provides information about precision CNC machining and related capabilities for industrial customers. It is not an online ordering or payment platform. These terms govern website use; purchase orders, sales agreements, nondisclosure agreements and supplier Conditions of Supply govern the transactions into which they are incorporated.

2.0 Acceptance and authority

2.1 Please read these terms before using the website. Where a function requires acceptance, the applicable terms shall be made available before that action. Continued access shall not be treated as consent to unrelated personal-data processing or as acceptance of a purchase order that has not been agreed. If you do not accept these terms, you should stop using the website and may contact us by email for an alternative business interaction.

2.2 A person submitting an enquiry for an organization shall have authority to make the communication and share the information supplied. Users shall provide accurate information and shall not impersonate another person or falsely claim affiliation. The website is intended for business enquiries by persons able to enter lawful commercial dealings; it does not solicit transactions from children.

3.0 Enquiries quotations and contract formation

3.1 Submitting an enquiry or starting a WhatsApp conversation does not constitute acceptance of an order, confirmation of capacity, reservation of production time or agreement to a price. Any quotation is subject to its stated validity, technical assumptions, exclusions and commercial conditions. A manufacturing commitment arises only through the applicable authorized contractual process.

3.2 Website descriptions, machine lists, sample photographs, tolerances and industries served are general capability information. Suitability for a particular component, material, application, inspection requirement or delivery date must be established through technical and commercial review. Users shall not rely on general website content as an approved design, engineering instruction or product-release authorization.

3.3 Only an authorized representative may make a binding commitment on behalf of STP. Changes to an agreed scope, revision, delivery or quality requirement must follow the relevant contract's amendment process. Informal discussion through a messaging channel does not automatically amend an accepted contract.

4.0 Permitted use

4.1 You may browse publicly available material and make reasonable copies for evaluating a legitimate business relationship or for another purpose permitted by law. Copies shall preserve relevant ownership notices and shall not misrepresent the source, date or meaning. Any broader license must be expressly granted by the relevant rights holder.

4.2 You shall use the enquiry facility for genuine communications connected with STP's business. Unsolicited bulk advertising, deceptive recruitment messages, fraudulent payment instructions and attempts to obtain confidential customer or supplier information are prohibited. Access shall not be used to harass employees or interfere with lawful business activity.

5.0 Prohibited activity and security

5.1 You shall not knowingly introduce malware, overload the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with another user's access. Automated extraction that infringes rights, defeats technical restrictions or disrupts the service is prohibited. Testing or scanning beyond ordinary authorized use requires prior written permission.

5.2 You shall not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory or rights-infringing activity, or transmit information you have no authority to disclose. Nothing in these terms prohibits lawful reporting, criticism, protected disclosure or activity that mandatory law protects.

5.3 Suspected security issues may be reported to sales@suntechprecision.com with the subject "Website Security". Reports should describe the concern without exploiting it further or disclosing third-party data. STP may take proportionate steps to restrict abusive access, preserve evidence and notify competent authorities where warranted.

6.0 Information submitted and confidentiality

6.1 You retain rights in information you lawfully submit. You grant STP only the permission reasonably necessary to receive, review and respond to your enquiry and carry out agreed follow-up, subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable confidentiality agreement. Submission does not grant an unrestricted license to publish, sell or manufacture from your information.

6.2 The general enquiry channel is not intended for classified, export-controlled, highly sensitive or customer-restricted technical information. Before transmitting such information, contact STP to agree authorization, confidentiality and a suitable transfer channel. STP shall protect information it receives according to applicable duties; the absence of a separately signed NDA does not override a duty imposed by law.

6.3 If you supply information about another person, you shall have a lawful basis to do so and provide any necessary notice. Do not include passwords, bank authentication details, full identity documents or irrelevant personal information in an enquiry. STP may request a safer or more limited submission where appropriate.

7.0 Intellectual property and certification references

7.1 Website content, branding, photographs, graphics and other materials are owned by STP or used under rights held by their respective owners. Except as authorized or permitted by law, you shall not reproduce, commercially distribute, adapt or use those materials to suggest sponsorship or affiliation. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7.2 Use of STP's name or logo in advertising, supplier listings, endorsements, case studies or promotional material requires the relevant permission under the Media Relations Policy. Lawful descriptive reference is not automatically prohibited. You shall not remove ownership notices, alter certification documents or create misleading versions of website materials.

7.3 References to AS9100D or other certifications concern the applicable management system, certified scope and site. They do not represent certification of every component, authorization for every regulated application or endorsement by every organization in an industry. The current certificate and contractual requirements govern any specific reliance.

8.0 Privacy and communications

8.1 Personal information is handled under STP's Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. Accepting these Terms of Use is not a substitute for consent where separate consent is required. Privacy requests and grievances may be sent to the Managing Partner at sales@suntechprecision.com.

8.2 WhatsApp chat is optional and uses an external service governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Users may contact STP directly by email instead. STP may retain relevant business correspondence for the disclosed purposes and lawful retention period; an enquiry does not automatically authorize promotional messages.

9.0 Links and external resources

9.1 External links, maps, messaging services and other third-party resources may be provided for convenience. Their availability does not necessarily imply STP endorsement of every statement or service. Users should review the relevant provider's terms before sharing information or using its services.

9.2 STP does not control all changes, availability or security practices of external services. This clause does not exclude responsibility that STP bears under law for its own selection, configuration, instructions or representations. Suspected misleading links or impersonation should be reported through the designated email.

10.0 Availability changes and information accuracy

10.1 STP may maintain, update, restrict or discontinue website functions for operational, legal or security reasons. We seek to keep business information accurate, but content may become outdated between updates. 11.0 Liability and allocation of responsibility

11.1 To the extent permitted by Indian law, general website content is supplied without a separate warranty of fitness for a user's particular engineering, production or regulatory decision. Liability for goods or services is governed by the applicable transaction contract and mandatory law, not by a general website disclaimer that overrides those obligations.

11.2 Neither party shall be liable under these website terms for remote or indirect loss that is not legally recoverable. Each remains responsible for loss legally attributable to its breach, negligence or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable rules of causation and mitigation. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory data-protection or consumer rights.

11.3 A user responsible for unlawful submissions or unauthorized misuse shall be liable for resulting third-party claims and reasonable costs only to the extent established under applicable law. STP shall provide appropriate notice and cooperation concerning such claims, and no duplicate recovery shall be made for the same loss. This provision does not impose liability merely for making a good-faith complaint.

12.0 Restriction of access and survival

12.1 STP may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. The measure shall be proportionate to the circumstances and may be taken without advance notice where notice would increase risk. 12.2 Suspension of website access does not automatically terminate a separate supply or sales contract or erase a lawful obligation to respond to a privacy request. Provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, accrued liability and dispute resolution continue to the extent necessary after website use ends.

13.0 Governing law and dispute resolution

13.1 These terms are governed by Indian law. Parties should first attempt to resolve a website-related dispute by written communication to the Managing Partner at sales@suntechprecision.com, with reasonable details of the concern. This process does not delay urgent relief or extend statutory limitation periods.

13.2 Courts of competent jurisdiction at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes lawfully subject to this choice. Nothing excludes a competent regulator, consumer forum, Data Protection Board, statutory appellate body or other mandatory jurisdiction. An arbitration clause in a separately accepted commercial agreement applies according to that agreement; mere website access does not itself create a separate arbitration agreement under these terms.

14.0 Changes severability and contact

14.1 STP may revise these terms by publishing the new version and effective date. Material changes requiring further notice or acceptance shall be communicated accordingly. Revisions apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change accepted commercial contracts or authorize previously unlawful conduct. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent lawful; failure to enforce a right once is not a permanent waiver.
